What’s On Tap

What’s On Tap explores the characters and stories that live in America’s eccentric bars, pubs, and lounges. Each episode features a celebrity guest’s visit to their favorite saloon. Meanwhile, our wisecracking hosts Jess Iovinelli and Rick Roberts follow viewer tips to discover where people are hanging out, why, and what’s to drink. The loveable ‘Barfly’ provides viewers with facts and info along the way.

In the pilot episode, Rick and Jess share a beer with Police Academy star and SNL alum Tim Kazurinsky in his favorite Chicago pub the Old Town Ale House. They hear candid stories about Eddie Murphy, Elton John, Larry David and other celebs. Then, Rick and Jess grab three unsuspecting guests to join them at the K-Lounge, where they are surprised with “body sushi.” After this once in a lifetime dining experience it’s off to Bandera, an upscale jazz bar on the renowned Magnificent Mile.

Each episode the hosts go for a drink, dinner (at a bar-connected restaurant), and a nightcap. There is always a special SPIN.

A portion of the profits from What’s On Tap will be donated to Mothers Against Drunk Driving and other programs dealing with chemical addiction.
