Carisse Ramos CONSULTING PRODUCER

Carisse Ramos’ work spans both the creative and the business world as she maintains roles as Mission Development Analyst for Morgan Kenwood, Ltd.; Executive Assistant to the president of the KK Avenue Business Improvement District in Milwaukee, WI; and as an Independent Working Artist. With Horizons Communications Group, Ramos undertakes the role of Consulting Producer and Independent Agent, having assisted in facilitating production work on the Klairmont Kollection documentary and Sacred Space International Documentary Short; as well as for Roberts’ on-going theatre productions, The BenchMark and Thee Trinity.

Past production work also includes working as Production Coordinator and Manager for Synapse Arts Collective: 2012 New Works production, Ayaba, in Chicago, IL, and production assistant for O’Keefe, Reinhardt and Paul. Ramos received her degree in Visual and Critical Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and has a background in research and the fine arts. Her dual background has provided Ramos with a rounded variety of experiences, fostering her passion for empowering the role of the arts as a catalyst for empathetic discussions of human-interest issues. Ramos currently lives in Milwaukee, WI with her wonder-dog Freya.
